Rocco’s Wood Fired Pizza

Greeted and seated promptly by the host with a choice of sitting up front or in the back with the high boy tables. We decided to have a more relaxing dining experience and sat up front. The server seemed awkward at first but warmed up to us after talking with her. I asked for a local brewery beer and she recommended Flying Bison Rusty Chain which is a smooth Red Ale…and Jessel had Brooklyn Brown an American Brown Ale. We are here on vacation to visit Niagara Falls, being from CHICAGO we had to try some PIZZA! IT IS A MUST HAVE!!! We ordered the housemade meatball pizza (small 12″) with peppers, and fresh mozzarella. They use a wood burning oven @ 900 degrees….we also ordered their chicken wings that were also baked in the wood burning oven marinaded in lemon, garlic, olive oil and herbs…definitely healthier than your normal wing joint! I highly recommend eating here when passing by and want a fresh, and delicious PIZZA! Acknowledged on the way out as well! 2 THUMBS UP!!
